Due to daily cooking and food quality standards in the restaurant section, placed orders will be prepared and shipped after kitchen approval.

In the souvenirs and dried nuts section, orders are shipped according to the schedule announced during the purchase process.

2. Return and Order Cancellation Policy:

In the restaurant and hot food section, due to the perishable nature of the items, order cancellation is only possible before the order enters the preparation and cooking stage.
In the souvenirs section, in case of any discrepancy between the delivered product and the website specifications, customers can contact support to review the matter and take the necessary action.

3. Privacy:

Users’ personal information and contact numbers are used solely for coordinating order shipments and notifications, and are kept confidential by Vatandar Group.
